Event Details: Commercial / School / Church Events: If your event starts before 10am or ends after 7pm, please call our office so we can assist with scheduling the order. Residential events beginning before 10:00am or ending past 7:00pm will need to choose the overnight option.

Event Times: Your party start time is not your delivery time and your end time is not your pick up time. We deliver 1-4 hours before and have a 4 hour window for pick up after. 2 hour window before and after if your event is at a park.

Set up Flexibility- If you are flexible, you are giving us permission to deliver and or pick up within 24 hours of your party start / end time.

Accidental Damage Waiver Uncheck to decline. For an additional 7% of the rental item price, you will be protected from any accidental damage caused by anything not outlined in the rental agreement. Exclusions include, but not limited to, damages caused by silly string, pets, sharp objects, theft or fire.
